2. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Product images are provided for information and may slightly differ from the delivered item due to screen settings, lighting, or production variations.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros. Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation and are added to the product price where applicable.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and the customer receives an order confirmation email. WorldOfSawa may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment issue, stock error, or manifest pricing error.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Online payments must be processed through secure payment providers.
6. Delivery
Delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, force majeure, or incorrect customer information.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For consumer purchases within the European Union, the customer generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase, unless a legal exception applies. Returned products must be unused, complete, and in their original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law or stated by WorldOfSawa.

8. Returns and Refunds
Refunds are issued using the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned products. Initial standard delivery costs may be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery services are not refunded unless required by law.
9. Legal Guarantees
Customers benefit from applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects where applicable under French law.
10. Liability
WorldOfSawa is not liable for indirect losses, misuse of products, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
11. Personal Data
Customer data is processed for order management, payment, delivery, customer support and legal obligations. A dedicated privacy policy should be made available before launch.
12. Consumer Mediation
